A Name That Comes from the Land Itself
This venue isn’t just near the Redbud Trail — it’s part of it.
The property sits just east of 13th Street Sports Park, and the land itself connects directly to the trail system. The Redbud Trail crosses behind the property, creating a natural, scenic backdrop that sets this space apart from anything else nearby.
Large glass garage-style doors will open fully to that view — so when you’re inside, you’re not closed off from the outdoors. Instead, the space flows naturally into the landscape, with the trail just steps away.
That connection is exactly why it’s named:
The Venue at Redbud Crossing
Designed for Both Daytime Parties and Overnight Experiences
This space is being created with flexibility in mind – so whether you’re planning a daytime celebration, an overnight sleepover, or a multi-day getaway, everything works seamlessly together.
During the day, the venue will be ideal for:
- Parties with our White Bounce Houses
- Birthday celebrations
- Baby showers
- Micro Weddings
- Family gatherings and weekend retreats
And as the day transitions into evening, it becomes something entirely different – a private overnight destination for families and groups, where everyone can gather, celebrate, relax, and stay together in one beautifully designed space.
Whether you’re traveling from Wichita and the surrounding communities or coming from farther away, The Venue at Redbud Crossing offers a unique alternative to a traditional hotel or event space. Guests can enjoy a sleepover experience, family retreat, celebration, or group getaway while being steps from the Redbud Trail and Andover’s growing recreational amenities.
Whether it’s a one-night sleepover, a weekend celebration, a family retreat, or a weeklong getaway, the venue gives families and groups a beautiful place to spend time together without the setup and limitations of hosting at home.
No moving furniture.
No last-minute cleaning.
No trying to make your space fit the party.
Luxury sleepover tent styling is available through our sister company, The Sleepover Tiny Tent Co., creating a one-of-a-kind overnight experience right here at Redbud Crossing.
An Indoor-Outdoor Experience in the Heart of Andover
One of the most unique features of this venue is how it blends indoor and outdoor space.
With the garage-style glass doors open, guests will have:
- direct views of the Redbud Trail
- immediate access to the quiet, tree-lined path
- just steps to the NEW splash pad and Andover's expanding 13th Street Park
- easy access to the park's destination playground, pickleball courts, sand volleyball, basketball courts, walking trails, and open green spaces
With so much recreation right outside the door, The Venue at Redbud Crossing is more than a place to hold an event. It creates an opportunity for families and groups to come to Andover, stay overnight, and enjoy everything the surrounding area has to offer.
It’s the kind of setting that makes a party feel like more than just an event – it becomes an experience.
Already Approved, Already in Motion
While construction is still ahead, everything behind the scenes is already in place.
The Venue at Redbud Crossing is:
- fully approved and zoned with the city
- positioned on land directly connected to the park and trail system
- and ready to begin construction
This isn’t just a concept — it’s a space that’s actively being brought to life.
A Simpler Way to Host
Thoughtfully designed with elevated ceilings to accommodate indoor White Bounce House setups -- ensuring your plans stay seamless, rain or shine.
This venue was designed with one goal in mind:
To make hosting feel easier, while still creating something that feels special.
Instead of preparing your home, you’ll be able to:
- arrive to a fully prepared, styled space
- enjoy the celebration with your guests
- and leave without the usual cleanup and stress
Looking Ahead
Construction is expected to begin in the future, currently looking at 2027-2028, and this space will continue to take shape over time — but the vision is already clear.
A place where:
- daytime celebrations feel elevated
- overnight experiences feel seamless
- and the setting itself becomes part of the memory
